Training
Training is the first thing that all new presenters have to go through and as such it is our role to welcome them into CSR and in doing so we aim to train them in all areas of the studio. In getting involved with training you will probably get a great feeling from training the presenters, in the knowledge that without you they simply wouldn't be able to do a show. It's also great to get involved with training, because you will be likely to have a greater knowledge of how the studio works than many others and this will be of benefit to you, if you move into the radio industry, in the future.
